Tim Treadwell is an Associate Director at San Diego Community Power, where he oversees the agency’s Flex Load Strategy and various DER pilots and programs. He has nearly 20 years of experience designing and implementing efficiency, flex load, solar, and EV programs. Tim holds a B.S. in Natural Resources from Humboldt State University and a M.S. in Environmental Policy from Bard College.
