Katherine Chambers is a Senior Physical Scientist at the U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO). She has contributed to multiple energy-related technology assessments and provided scientific expertise to other GAO teams in the audit process. Katherine has a PhD in environmental engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
