Amin Zamani, PhD, PEng, is the Vice President of Energy Development Services at Danovo Energy Solutions (formerly Quanta Technology). He brings over 17 years of global industry and utility experience, with expertise in power system protection and control, the deployment of emerging technologies, integration of IBRs and large loads, and advanced real-time testing. Amin has led several utility and industrial projects focused on microgrid deployment, energy storage systems, distribution automation applications, and advanced protection systems. Amin is a Senior Member of IEEE, an active participant in IEEE PSRC, and a licensed professional engineer in the province of Ontario.
