Frank Rusco

Frank Rusco leads work at GAO on a broad spectrum of energy issues, including energy security, government-wide energy programs and activities, management of oil and gas on federal lands and waters, nuclear power and waste regulation, and electricity markets regulation.  Following a career in academia and a second as a building contractor, he joined GAO in 1998.  Frank earned his bachelors from the University of Nevada, Reno and a Ph.D. in economics from the University of Washington in Seattle.
