Dr. Holly Eagleston is the Founder and CEO of Firescape, a wildfire risk software company, which helps utilities transform wildfire science into mitigation actions. With over a decade of experience at the intersection of wildfire science, remote sensing, and energy security, Dr. Eagleston has led high-impact research and product development across sectors. Prior to founding Firescape, she was a Principal Member of Technical Staff at Sandia National Laboratories, where she directed over $6M DOE-funded R&D focused on wildfire prediction and power system vulnerabilities. Dr. Eagleston holds a PhD in Geospatial and Environmental Analysis from Virginia Tech, her work integrates machine learning, geospatial intelligence, and technical leadership to drive innovative solutions to some of today’s most pressing environmental and infrastructure challenges.
