His work helps manage peak load, reduct grid stress, and lower energy costs—minimizing disruption to customer’s everyday lives.

Driven by a passion for combating climate change, Daniel is dedicated to demonstrating how demand-side flexibility can play a key role in achieving a more sustainable energy future, particularly in Texas and beyond.

Before joining Octopus Energy, Daniel worked at an AI start-up, where he successfully took a product from concept to market. He holds a BS in Mathematics and Economics from American University in Washington, D.C. Daniel is committed to advancing innovation energy solutions and is an advocate for clean energy adoption.
