Josh Nieves is the Regional Workforce Development Manager at Miller Electric Company and CEO of Ascender Consulting. A second-generation IBEW Local Union #3 Master Electrician, Josh has led teams as a foreman, superintendent, and executive on high-profile projects, including The Brooklyn Bridge, Yankee Stadium and The Freedom Tower. He also owns This Hudson Farm, a 200-acre sustainable farm in New York, where he oversees all day-to-day operations.
