Robert (Bob) Snook currently serves as the Transmission Program Coordinator for the Maine Governor’s Energy Office. Previously, Bob worked for the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection on regional transmission issues and state clean energy procurements.  Bob has also served on the U.S. Department of Energy’s Technical Review Committee for various national transmission studies. In his personal capacity, Bob works with the United States Agency for International Development and the U.S. Department of State in Southeast Asia and Africa on transmission planning and development internationally in support of clean energy initiatives.
