Theodore Paradise is the Chief Policy and Grid Strategy Officer at CTC Global, the leading manufacturer of advanced transmission conductors worldwide. He has extensive expertise in transmission planning, energy regulation and policy, energy project development, and is instrumental in advancing CTC Global’s mission to increase transmission capacity quickly at the least cost for consumers. Prior to joining CTC Global, he served as a partner at K&L Gates, advising on energy policy issues, and held executive roles at Hexicon and Anbaric. Paradise also spent fifteen years at ISO New England Inc., where he served as Assistant General Counsel, Operations & Planning. In that role, Paradise oversaw legal issues related to power system operations, regional and interregional transmission planning – including competitive transmission, transmission siting, cost allocation, and generator interconnection.
