Todd Olinsky-Paul is Senior Project Director for Energy Storage at nonprofits Clean Energy States Alliance and Clean Energy Group. He directs the Energy Storage Technology Advancement Partnership (ESTAP), which aims to accelerate large scale electrical energy storage deployment through collaborative efforts between state energy agencies, US DOE Office of Electricity and Sandia National Laboratories. Todd also leads CEG’s and CESA’s energy storage policy program, directing energy storage working groups for state policymakers and regulators, conducting independent research and analysis, providing direct policy and program support to state energy agencies, and collaborating with Sandia and PNNL on energy storage policy reports and webinars.
