Tricia DeBleeckere is the Executive Director of the Organization of MISO States, a non-profit organization facilitating state participation and strategy in capacity and energy market design and regional transmission planning. Prior to OMS she was the Director of State Policy and Strategy at MISO and spent 15 years at the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission as a Commission advisor on integrated resource, transmission and distribution system planning, siting and need, cost recovery, and competitive procurements. Prior to government work, Tricia spent 7 years consulting on FERC and state regulatory filings for natural gas, ethanol, and manufacturing clients. Tricia has a Bachelor of Science from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from the University of Texas Permian Basin.
